So I finely figured out how to get music on my blog, took me long enough.

Jeff got home on Sunday and as I was driving to the airport to get him, he calls me. "Hey Brit, what doing?" "Oh just on my way to the airport" I say. Pause "why are you doing that?" "Well I thought you would want a ride home" is my reply. Jeff says to me "no need I'm driving myself home, remember?" I totally forgot. The week before that I took him, and picked him up from the airport. I'm am so LAME sometimes. ahrrg! where is my brain? Anyway, we met at his parents house for a birthday party for Paul (Jeff's dad). We were all so excited to see him. Morgan was waiting for her surprise (which wasn't a surprise she specificaly asked for a stuffed animal) she said to Jeff before he left "I would really like a squirell." Jeff is so nice, he tells her he will try and find something she's never seen before. I would have said "You get what you get, and you don't throw a fit!" What a nice Daddy. BTW he got her a camel, way funny.

I hate when he's gone but I loves when he comes home!!!!

We went to Target, yesterday, to find valetine cards for the kids school party. Guess what, SOLD OUT, that's what. So I told the kids they could make there own. Morgan and Porter designed there own cards, only instruction from mom was the technical stuff. Xander didn't care to finish after the first select and paste. They did a great job and I think we should do it every year. Did I mention that I love Photoshop!

Happy Valentines Day

This morning we woke up to snow, snow and more snow! We had at least 1 1/2 feet of snow in our driveway. Church was canceled, I guess no one could get there. I took Jeff to the airport at about 11:00am and there was no snow up north, so no worries about his flight being delayed. When I got home it had just stopped snowing and the snow piles were taller than my car. The kids and I put on our snow clothes and went out to play.

I think we were outside from about 1:30 to 6:00 or so, it was dark by the time we went in. When Morgan finaly went in she took her boots of and started to cry because her feet were so cold. Her boots and socks were completely soaked, so she got in the bath to warm up. I went in to check on her and asked if she was okay, she said "Yeah, but I thought I was going to lose my toes for a second."
